mixa is a social commerce platform for creators and influencers. It lets you gather your favorite products from different brands into one shop that you share with your followers, so they can discover and buy the pieces you recommend all in one place.

You sign up, browse the brands available in the app, and handpick the products you love. mixa gathers them under one shop in your name. You share your link with your audience, and your followers can shop everything you recommend from a single page.

mixa is open to any creator with an audience, whatever the size. If you share products you love and want your followers to find them in one place, you can create your shop.

On the "Join us as a creator" screen, add your full name, a username, your email, phone number, and country, then enter an invitation code if you have one and tap Sign Up.

Yes. Creating your account and building your shop is completely free.

Add your profile photo and a short bio, connect your social accounts, and organize your shop into sections such as Latest, Most Popular, or your own custom sections.

You can connect Instagram, TikTok, and add a website link, so your shop reflects where your audience follows you.

mixa works with a growing list of brands inside the app. You can browse them all and pick the products that fit your style.

There are a few ways: browse the brands and categories in the app and add products directly, paste any product link using "Add by URL", or open a store in mixa's in-app browser and tap "Create Link" on the product page. For each product you can choose from the available images or upload your own.

Yes. You can group products into named collections — for example a "Summer Essentials" edit — each with its own description, cover image, and hashtags. You can also set a collection to public or private.

Yes. When you connect Instagram, your posts appear in the app, and you can tap any post to turn it into a shoppable collection.

Yes. Alongside your full shop, you can create a link to a single product and share it on its own.

Your shop link stays active as long as your account is active.

Anywhere you connect with your audience: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, your bio, your stories, or a link-in-bio tool. One link covers all your recommendations.

Yes. mixa supports discount codes, and you can see how many times your codes have been used in your analytics.

Yes. Use "Add by URL" to paste any product link, or open the store in mixa's in-app browser and tap "Create Link" on the product page. The product gets added to your shop like any other.

Yes. When someone buys through your link, you earn a commission on the sale.

Each brand sets its own rate, shown on the brand — for example "Earn 10%" — before you add a product, so you always know the rate up front.

Sales usually appear within a short window after the purchase is confirmed by the brand.

Commission can be lower than expected for a few reasons: the item was on sale, part of the order was returned, or the brand's rate differs from what you estimated.

If an item is returned, the commission for that item is reversed, since the sale did not go through.

Pending commission is from a sale that has not cleared the brand's return window yet. Confirmed commission has cleared and is ready to be paid out.

If a follower clicks your link and buys within the attribution window, the sale is credited to you.

Your earnings are kept in your in-app Wallet, and the Analytics tab shows the performance behind them.

Go to Profile → Profile Completion → Banking KYC, and enter your bank account details. Your earnings are transferred to that account automatically.

Payouts are processed 30 days after your commission is confirmed, once your balance has reached the minimum. Once your bank details are set up in your profile, your earnings are sent there automatically — you don't need to request a payout each time.

Yes. Your balance needs to reach AED 1,000 before it can be paid out. Anything below that stays in your Wallet and rolls over, so it counts toward your next payout.

If you have an influencer marketing licence you can upload it.

Yes. Brands can reach out to creators who feature their products and are driving sales, so the more your shop performs, the more likely you are to hear from them.

Not at the moment. Gifting isn't part of mixa yet, so any arrangement like that would be directly between you and the brand.

Not yet. mixa doesn't run campaigns or collaborations at the moment. For now, you earn by building your shop and sharing your link — and brands can reach out to you directly if your products are performing.

Yes. Your Earnings tab shows your total link clicks, orders, and coupon usage at a glance.

In the Analytics tab you can see Product Analytics (clicks and orders per product) and Collection Analytics (clicks and revenue per collection), so you can focus on what performs best.

Not at the moment. Each account is used by one person, so if someone manages your shop for you, they'd need to use your own login.

On the login screen, select "Forgot password" and follow the steps sent to your email.

Not at the moment. Every creator has the same access to brands and features. You can track your own performance in the Analytics tab, and this is an area we're actively working on.

Yes. You can invite other creators to join mixa using your invitation code, and you earn when they sign up and start selling. You'll find your code and your referrals in the app.
