Creator Guide
Everything you need to open a shop, curate an edit people actually buy from, and get paid for it.
01
Five Steps to Your First Sale
mixa turns the products you already wear, use and recommend into a shoppable storefront.

-
Setup your storefront

-
Get paid
Commission is confirmed once the retailer's return window closes, then paid out on the 15th of the following month.
02
Commission & Payouts
Your earnings are available inside your mixa creator dashboard. Commission may initially appear as pending while the brand confirms the transaction and applicable return or cancellation period.
Once confirmed, eligible earnings move to your available balance.
You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the applicable payout threshold.
03
Creating Your Storefront
mixa is built around authentic recommendations.
Only recommend products that genuinely fit your taste, content and audience.
Creators are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, disclosure and influencer regulations in their country.
Where required, clearly disclose affiliate links, gifted products and paid partnerships.
04
Product Selection
mixa gives you access to a massive product catalogue across thousands of brands, so you can curate products that genuinely match your style and audience.
Not every brand or product currently offers commission. When selecting a product, mixa will clearly show whether it is commission-eligible or non-commissionable, so you always know before adding it to your storefront.
You can still curate products you genuinely love even when commission is not yet available. These recommendations help mixa understand what creators are choosing and what audiences are engaging with.
As this data grows, it gives us a powerful way to approach brands with real demand and encourage them to join mixa and activate commission for creators.
Your curation doesn't just earn, it helps shape which brands join mixa next.
05
Brand Partnerships
Brands on mixa can discover creators whose style, audience and positioning align with them.
Being on mixa does not mean you are automatically hired by, sponsored by or officially partnered with every brand whose products you curate.
Brands may also choose whether their products can appear within individual creator storefronts.
Paid collaborations and creator campaigns are separate from your standard commission earnings unless otherwise stated.
06
Analytics & Insights
Your creator dashboard helps you understand how your recommendations perform. Depending on available tracking, you may be able to view metrics including:
Clicks · Orders · Sales · Commission · Product Performance
Use these insights to understand what your audience is discovering and shopping through you.
07
Account & Tax
You are responsible for ensuring your account, payment and banking information is accurate and up to date.
Creators are also responsible for any tax, licensing, disclosure or regulatory requirements applicable to their activity and country of residence.
mixa may request additional information where required for compliance or payment processing.
